Khubsurat dikhne ke tips

 Yahan kuch aise tips diye gaye hain, jinhe aap apna kar khubsurat dikh sakte hain:


Khush rehna: Apni khushi ka khayal rakhna bahut zaroori hai, kyunki aap agar khush rahenge to aapki khubsurti bhi nikhar jaayegi.


Acche se soyein: 6-8 ghante ki neend lena bahut zaroori hai, jisse aapke chehre par freshness bani rahegi.


Acchi diet lena: Acchi diet lena bahut zaroori hai, kyunki aapki skin aur body ke liye nutrients bahut zaroori hote hain.


Exercise karein: Regular exercise aapke body ko fit rakhti hai aur skin ke liye bhi bahut zaroori hai.


Face wash karein: Din mein kam se kam do baar apna chehra face wash se dho lena chahiye.


Sunscreen ka istemaal karein: Sunscreen ka istemaal aapki skin ko harmful UV rays se bachata hai.


Make-up ka istemaal karein: Make-up aapki khubsurti ko nikhaar deta hai, lekin zaroori hai ki aap apne skin type aur tone ke hisaab se hi make-up ka istemaal karein.


Confidence rakhein: Confidence ke saath rehna bahut zaroori hai, kyunki yeh aapki personality ko enhance karta hai.


Hairstyle: Apni hairstyle ko apne face shape aur personality ke hisaab se choose karein.
