In this case study, we delve into the story of  PaylessPro (formerly known as OneTimePe), an app that promised discounts on utility bills such as mobile recharges, electricity, gas, and more. As a consumer who subscribed to this service for one year, I had high hopes after watching a YouTube video by "Sarcastic Sindhi." Little did I know that my experience would take an unexpected turn.

## The Initial Promise

Upon subscribing to OneTimePe, I expected seamless services and substantial discounts. The app claimed to offer up to 40% off on various products and services, including mobile recharges, DTH recharges, utility bill payments, and credit card bill payments. The activation process seemed straightforward: click the "activate subscription" button within the app. However, reality turned out to be quite different.

## The Disappearing Act

After a few months of using OneTimePe, I noticed that the promised discounts were nowhere to be found. The app stopped providing services altogether. To make matters worse, they removed the app from the Google Play Store. Panic set in as I realized that I had paid for a year's subscription with no tangible benefits.

## The Elusive Contact Details

Desperate for answers, I scoured their official website (www.ontimepe.in) for contact information. Unfortunately, the number and email ID listed there were unresponsive. It felt like chasing shadows—no customer support, no way to seek clarification or request a refund.
