As well as you can book the air tickets, Hotel booking and car booking by My Recharge's COMBO SIM. For it the company gives you 2 percent commission.
You can also book the railway tickets through SMS or SMS based APPS of My Recharge. On which the company contribute the commission of Rs.5 on each PNR.

Ques.2 How to submit activation in My Recharge?

Ans.2 The activation in My Recharge is totally free but you have to buy the company’s package, which cost is Rs.1800. In this Rs.1800, the company gives you three facilities:-
(A). The company gives you the free recharge of Rs. 100 for six month. You can recharge any mobile or DTH by it. (100x6=600)
(B). The company gives you the DTH new connection voucher of Rs.600. You can book any   DTH for your own by using it and the cost of Rs.600 in DHT is reduced.
(C). The company gives you the air tickets voucher of Rs. 600. You use this voucher to book any airline ticket. Rs.600 will be less than the cost of ticket.
   Thus the company returns back your Rs.1800 instead the package of Rs.1800.
     To buy this package, you can deposit this amount to our banks or nearest franchises or you can join the company by giving the amount of activation those who given the information about activation of plans.
Take all kinds of information before the activation or depositing the package amount.

Ques.3 What do I benefit, apart from the service? In addition to the service what I get in other benefit?

Ans.3 (A). You can also get the additional income by selling the new package of the company. For it, you have to sell the company’s package to 3 retailers in your team in 2:1 ratio. As soon as, you join the team by selling the package to new retailers in the ratio of 2:1 .
Than the company gives you the free recharge increased from 6 months to 12 months and the company gives you the working team sales incentive of Rs. 300.
(B). The company gives you a chance of free recharge of 18 months for the sale of package to more retailers. For this, you have to sell the package and activate your team with 9 retailers in the ratio of 5:4. The company increased your free recharge from 12 months to 18 months and it also gives the working team sales incentives of Rs. 1200. I. e. your total income is :-1800+1200+1200=4200.

Ans.12 My Recharge used very modern technology for issue the balance. If  you are requesting from 9:30 am to 7:30 pm and not getting your balance in 30 minutes. It can be caused by the following reasons:-
A.  The information which you have entered may not be correct. For example: - If you paid through online or mobile banking but in request you wrote cash deposit and branch code.

B.  If you deposited money in another branch but you are entering from a different branch request, or

C.  If there is difference between the amount you deposited in the branch and the amount which you requested.

D.  If there is difference between the actual dates - that you deposited amount in another date or in request you are providing wrong date. Or

E.  You have deposited money in the round figure and the company is not able to get update from the bank. In addition to these reasons there are another too many reason for not getting the top up amount. In this situation you have to check your request again.

Ques. 13  It is seen that it takes a lot of time when we send balance in My Recharge by another bank (Example-from Dena Bank to SBI Bank)?

Ans. 13 It is said Third Party Payment which comes through NEFT and the system is operated through the RBI. In this matter, the clearance house clear and check the transaction of both the banks that it send payment in the company account so it takes time. In addition the Third Party Payment closed on all holidays and at 12:00 PM on Saturday.
If  any person who paid Third Party Payment after 12:00 PM on Saturday. So the company gets this payment on Monday only.

Ques.36 How can we change our registered COMBO mobile?

Ans. 36 The charges of changing the registered COMBO mobile is Rs. 100. You can change it as follows:-
A.If your registered mobile is turned on and working then you go to PROFILE option of your ID and then select the option CHANGE MOBILE NUMBER and put your new number there. You will get a 6 digits code on your old registered number. Put this 6 digit code in the given box and put your new mobile number too. You will get the information of the changing on registered mobile via SMS. This SMS will also come back to you after 3 hours. If you have changed it then wait 6 hours will change in mobile. If you have not requested to change mobile number than immediately inform to our Call Center.

B.You can change your number from our any franchise to whom the company given right to change the number. For it your registered mobile should be turn on. For it you will get 6 digits confirmation SMS in your registered mobile. Please provide this to your franchise. Remember you don’t share or tell your password and transaction password to anyone. Do not tell or share with our Call Center representatives and any franchise.

A.If your  registered mobile is closed and you want to change than:-

(a). you must mail to admin, it would also charge Rs.100 . If your mobile is related to that state where the state is related to the old number, in that case you have to mail by write your ID number, old number, new number and the reason of change.

(b). If you’re new mobile is different from that state in which state your registered mobile is than in that case you have to mail by write your ID number, old number, new number and the reason of changing as well as you send your any identity document as – PAN card, voter ID card, driving license etc. by scanning it.

If you are not using the GPRS SOFTWARE than you type RS than single space and type your transaction of recharge and send this SMS on VMN. If the recharge failed then it refunds itself. If it success than you will get the transaction ID of operator.  
Similarly you can know the recharge statue on the panel also.

You can take your PIN from your ID from your business income or from your UPLINE. If you or their having Rs.1800 or more, than can purchase the PIN and can joining after it. If you want to purchase the PIN from your business income  E-WALLET than the company gives you the commission of Rs,25.

Second method is that you can purchase the PIN from your nearest franchise by giving the amount of Required PINS.

Third method is that you can purchase your PIN from your TOP UP balance. For it you go to BUY PIN option, there you will get two more option

TOP UP WALLET
In above two options, you select the TOP UP WALLET and you can buy the pin from TOP UP. But there should be minimum balance of Rs.1800 in your TOP UP. If you are purchasing PIN from the TOP UP than company will not gives any type of commission to you.

Fourth method is that you can purchase the PIN by depositing the amount in company’s bank accounts. You can direct take this amount from the TOP UP and when you want PIN, you can take from there.

Ques.86 How can we request for the PIN?

Ans.86 You can request to your nearest franchise or you can go in your ID and open the option PIN and you find there PIN menu then you fill all the information about yourself and submit the form. Then you will get the PIN after the confirmation. In addition, you can request for PIN in our Call Centre. Remember, here you tell your ID first and you have to tell that you have deposited money for the PIN .Than the Call Centre will submit your request and it will check, after the confirmation of Call Center you can get your PIN.

Ans.92 If you do not have bank account or any other reason you have not deposited the cheque in the bank timely or due to any other reason you have not took the amount of cheque than you send it back in the Head Office of company.
 Remember:- you write your name, ID number and the reason of sending back at the back  side of the cheque.

Ans.93 There is EDIT PROFILE option in your profile. You can change your information by using it.
The admin team checks it all in 3-4 working days after your request and if it is found right then it replace your all old information and update your new information.
Remember, we cannot change your name, father’s name, Bank details. PAN card, mobile number by the EDIT PROFILE.
 (We cannot change name and father’s name in any condition.) 
There is any spelling mistake in the name, than you can mail to admin. You update your PAN number by the option UPLOAD PAN OPTION and you update your bank account related information by the option UPDATE BANK PASSBOOK. Ques. 94 We get free recharge for the 6 months. If we want the free recharge of 18 months, than what shall I do? Can we take it for more months also?

Ans.94 The Company gives you three benefits in activation package.
(A). The company gives you the free recharge of Rs.100 per month for 6 months.
(B).The company gives you voucher of Rs.600 on new DTH connection booking.
(C). The company gives you air tickets voucher of Rs. 600.
At the same time, the company offer an incentive schemes for their product to move others retailers.
In it, the company gives the facility of free recharge for 18 months. If you are satisfied with the service of the company and if you give the information about it to the other retailers than you can also get the income for it and you can find your entire cost back. For it, you required selling package in your team and you provide 3 retailers in the ratio of 2:1. As soon as you sell 3 new packages in the ratio of 2:1 than the company increase your free recharge from 6 months to 12 months and the company also gives the working team incentive of Rs.300. Similarly, if you sell 9 packages in the ratio of 5:4, than the company gives you the fee recharge for 18months.

Ans. 103 There is no need of password if you asking for railway. You can see all information in the Home Page of My Recharge’ site by register IRCTC . If  you want to book air ticket, hotel or car booking then there should be the minimum balance of Rs.5000 in your TOP UP for the password and you must update your E-mail id in you’re my recharge  ID profile.
Remember- it’s not charging of Rs.5000. Travel password is free of cost; you can use this amount in any services.
