Steps to create error free online EPF Challan :-  Download E-Return Tool and all the instruction manual for employer given in www.epfindia.com . Install as per instruction manual given in the www.epfindia.com site. Create the Employee Master database in the E-Return Tool as per instruction given for the tool's user manual. Upload the Monthly Transaction for the return month as per instruction given for the tool's user manual. Generate Electronic Challan Cum  Return Form (ECR) for the return month. Upload & Submit the ECR text file in the employer register EPF user portal.  These are the steps which you can follow to create EFP Challan without any error for easy and smooth operation. The Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, in the case of writ petition No.666-70 of 1992 filed by Vishaka & Ors.Vs State of Rajasthan & Ors. has laid down certain guidelines for the prevention of sexual harassment of women employees in their work places.
